Routine Check-Ins
This service includes exterior and interior visual checks of your home. We have a general checklist to guide us through the client's home and we customize our service to suit your individual needs.
Exterior
- Walk the perimeter of the home and visually check for overall condition.
- Visually check windows screens and doors for any damage or signs of intrusion.
- Visually check exterior walls and trim for visible signs of issues.
- Visually check fences and walls around the property.
- Visually check for other obvious issues on property.
- Visually check steps and walkways making sure they're clear.
- Check mailbox, remove newspapers and fliers (ie. place on kitchen counter).
Interior
- Run water through sinks (and showers during long term departures).
- Flush toilets.
- Visually Check for leaks (ie. water heater and supply lines).
- Visually check ceiling and floors for signs of water.
- Confirm homeowner air temperature setting.
- Check outlet timers if necessary.
Concierge Services

- Secure delivered packages and move to interior of the home.
